Call for Submission (Round 2)
We invite researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts to submit their original work to the Workshop on Infrared Computer Vision. The workshop is aligned with the ICPR-2024 guidelines and follows a single-blind review process. Authors are welcome to include their names and affiliations in their manuscript submissions. Additionally, authors can submit their arXiv papers to the workshop.

- Paper submission deadline (first Round):
25 August 202431 August 2024(Anywhere in the world) - Notification of acceptance (first round):
10 September 2024 - Camera-ready submission (first round): 15 September 2024

Submission and Review (Round 2)
- Single-Blind Review: The workshop will follow a single-blind review process, where the identities of the reviewers are concealed from the authors, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation of submissions.
- Author Information: Authors can include their names and affiliations in the manuscript, providing transparency and recognition for their work.
- arXiv Papers: We accept submissions of arXiv papers, allowing authors to present their pre-print research and receive feedback from the workshop community.
Paper Format and Length (Round 2)
- Springer LNCS Format: Submissions should adhere to the Springer LNCS format, ensuring consistency and a professional presentation of your work.
- Page Limit: Manuscripts should not exceed 15 pages, including references. There is no minimum page limit, allowing for concise and focused submissions.
- Revised Submission: To accommodate reviewer feedback, one additional page is permitted during the revised/camera-ready submission without any charges.
- Extra Pages: Authors may purchase up to 2 extra pages to accommodate their content. Extra page charges must be paid at the time of registration.

Please ensure that your submission follows the provided templates and adheres to the specified format and page limits. Submissions that do not meet the guidelines may not be considered for review.
