Call for Submission

We invite researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts to submit their original work to the Workshop on Infrared Computer Vision. The workshop is aligned with the ICPR-2024 guidelines and follows a single-blind review process. Authors are welcome to include their names and affiliations in their manuscript submissions. Additionally, authors can submit their arXiv papers to the workshop.

Submission and Review

  • Single-Blind Review: The workshop will follow a single-blind review process, where the identities of the reviewers are concealed from the authors, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation of submissions.
  • Author Information: Authors can include their names and affiliations in the manuscript, providing transparency and recognition for their work.
  • arXiv Papers: We accept submissions of arXiv papers, allowing authors to present their pre-print research and receive feedback from the workshop community.

Paper Format and Length

  • Springer LNCS Format: Submissions should adhere to the Springer LNCS format, ensuring consistency and a professional presentation of your work.
  • Page Limit: Manuscripts should not exceed 15 pages, including references. There is no minimum page limit, allowing for concise and focused submissions.
  • Revised Submission: To accommodate reviewer feedback, one additional page is permitted during the revised/camera-ready submission without any charges.
  • Extra Pages: Authors may purchase up to 2 extra pages to accommodate their content. Extra page charges must be paid at the time of registration.

Important Dates

  • Paper submission deadline: 20 July 2024 1 August 2024 (Anywhere in the world)
  • Notification of acceptance: 1 September 2024
  • Camera-ready submission: 10 September 2024
  • Workshop date: 1-5 December 2024
